Everyday Breathwork Practices Workshop
Are you looking for ways to support yourself and the folks you work with at your organization?
In this 75 minute hands on workshop, together we will move through four everyday breathwork practices to soothe your nervous system and strengthen your relationship with your body.
With a trauma informed approach, choice is integral. We’ll review the intro of the polyvagal theory to bring awareness to the states and how everyday breathwork practices can be one of many ways to support yourself.
This workshop is created with children and youth in mind, so you can teach them the four everyday breathwork practices too.

Full Conscious Connected Breathwork Journey
In a group breathwork journey we come together in circle to connect, move, breathe, reflect, share and heal together. The group setting creates a beautiful opportunity for you to be held and know you are not alone on your journey of becoming more you.
Breathing together creates a really powerful energy.
Although you have your own eye mask on and are in your own personal space just being able to hear and be impacted by the sounds and journeys of those around you. Sometimes people go into it fearing they will be distracted by the people around them and end up being deeply impacted by them and their experience instead.
The group experience is a great way to connect in community and to bring your loved ones with you to share an intimate heart opening experience.
How does it look?
The full conscious connected breathwork journey is 40 minutes of conscious connected breathwork and 10 minutes of integration and rest.
As I guide you to connect with conscious connected breathwork, I provide support and encouragement using my voice, music, medicines, and drumming.
After the breathwork portion is complete, folks are invited to ground back into the room to reflect and share any experiences with the group if they chose.
I can guide 5 - 6 people in one group to create an inviting space that brings comfort and space holding.
Do you provide props?
Yes! I have bolsters, yoga mats and blankets for folks to use in Winnipeg. Folks are encouraged to bring items such as a journal, pen, and anything else that feels supportive.
